Particularly suitable for filter coffees in the “manual brewing” process. For those who like to experiment, but also exciting as an espresso. Produces acidic, fruit-intensive coffees.

The light filter roast is a particularly short roast of 9 to 10:30 minutes. We only use this roast for our Specialty coffees. It brings out very fine, delicate and surprising aromas. The fruitiness of the coffees is always in the foreground.
